Ascroft Whiteside provides clients with a friendly, professional service by combining traditional values with a modern, creative, forward-thinking approach. Alan MacPherson acquired the firm in 1988, having been a Partner since 1969. In 2005. Fiona Reid became a Partner with Alan in the firm- the first female partner. Alan decided to retire from the partnership in April 2010 and we will miss the great influence and expertise Alan has given the firm.

Fiona is however building a highly successful practice, taking great pleasure in the role as a woman in business, has now incorporated the firm and has brought in another highly successful Solicitor, Lester D. Samuels (formerly of LSC Solicitors) to work alongside her as a Director.
