Cascades, the brand-new fine dining experience in Blackpool. The fabulously refurbished restaurant can be found in the Vidella Hotel on Dickson Road. The present owners have been at the helm for the last five years and have continously modernised and upgraded their hotel to award winning standards, with Cascades Restaurant being the newest addition.The interior is stylish and smart and has been carefully designed.

Its modern, uncluttered elegance provides a comfortable and relaxed dining experience with an Art Deco feel and guarantees consistently high standards of fine food, good wines and first class friendly service.
The head chef comes with an excellent culinary pedigree having worked is some famous kitchens including Rick Stein’s at Padstow. All food is freshly prepared, using, wherever possible, locally sourced produce, cooked to a high standard.  Cascades offer an extensive choice of dishes from either the A la carte or Table d’hote menu and you will not be disappointed.


The opening of the restaurant took place on the13th of November 2008, with a special guest list of family and friends, and was a huge success. We at BlackpoolTown, would like to say thanks to Neil and John for their hospitality on the evening and we wish them every success in the future with their restaurant.
