Anyone who runs their own small successful business often happens upon an idea by chance.  At Admyra, a small but lively gift shop tucked into a corner of the Market in Abingdon Street, Blackpool, did that very same thing when Myra, the owner, hit on the idea of Balloon Art.
A customer had wanted her to provide some balloons for a wedding. Having little knowledge of Balloon Art, Myra was a little loathed to take on the task. Not knowing how to 'size' the balloons, the mechanics of balloons or how to make up the fabulous arrangements that you can now find with Admyra Balloons & Gifts. Not one to shy away from new ideas, Myra took on the challenge and found that she really enjoyed it, had provided a reasonable dipslay but wanted to look into Balloon Decor in depth to enable her to provide a good service in Balloon Art & Decor on the Fylde Coast.

So after spending countless hours on the internet, Myra found a Balloon Art Demonstration that was taking place, she attended and was 'WoW'd' by what she saw and decided that this was going to be a new business venture for her and embarked on a Balloon Art course. The inital idea was to work from home with a website but when the opportunity of a space in The Market at Abingdon Street became available she took it, opened it as a Gift Shop and as an add-on trained in Balloon Artistry.

Now, Myra is a Certified Balloon Artrist! Her supplier and course leaders are Europe wide and offer their customers excellent on going training, newtwork, demonstrations and seminars which means that ADMYRA Balloon Art & Gift are kept up to date with the 'in vogue' designs, colours and trends.
